Heritage Trucking is a family-owned and operated trucking company based in Northern Alberta. Our roots are in construction and agriculture and we have experience in local oilfield trucking. This background helps us to be customer focused. We know what you need from your truckers because we've been there. We have a small fleet of tandem tractors and a growing fleet of trailers. Our employees are handpicked for civility, proficiency, safety awareness and a positive can-do attitude. We have a good team, enjoy working together, and would be glad to work with you.

Agriculture equipment transport comes with its own unique challenges. Fortunately, our family's roots are in agriculture. Dad always said a farmer has to be a bit of everything - mechanic, carpenter, and so on. Trucker is in there too.
We can haul your combine, tractor, sprayer, or other implements. We have trailers designed for the wider pieces of equipment, and pilot trucks to get the job done safely.

One of our businesses is portable building construction. We have been building and delivering structures for over 20 years and can say without a doubt that we are the experts in this particular area.
We have specialty trailers for road transport. and a Shed Mule for setting the building in your backyard, right where you want it.
We will even level it for you.

We have a well equipped mechanic shop and in-house mechanics to fix what breaks and keep the rigs in top shape.
Nobody knows you're equipment better than you do. We need to have reliable equipment to offer reliable service. And you may as well keep your ride shiny while you're at it.
A Family Endeavor
Heritage Trucking is owned, managed, and largely staffed by members of the Larry Torkelson Family. Our roots are in agriculture, but since moving to the Grande Prairie area in 2000, we have been involved in portable building manufacturing and the local trucking industry. We love working together as a family and strive to have the same relationship with our employees, partners, and clients.
Head Office / Shop
Our main office and shop is located 30 min northwest of Grande Prairie, AB. We love the hustle of this Northern Alberta city and are proud to call it home.
